Thank you for being a part of Mitzi’s world in 2022. Whether you followed us on IG, had a consultation session with our Lighting Stylist LaDonna, brought a Mitzi fixture home, or all the above, we thank you!
As we approach 2023, we want to ensure you have the best Mitzi experience possible, so we’ve decided to implement a few system updates. The positive: Mitzi.com will be smoother, faster, and easier than ever! The not-so-positive: Mitzi.com will not be shoppable starting Wednesday, November 30th at 2pm EST through Tuesday, December 6th.

Can I shop on Mitzi.com?
Shopping capabilities will be down from 11/30-12/6. You will not be able to add items to your cart or check out.
What about returns?
We cannot accept returns from 11/30-12/6, but don’t worry, we will extend our 30-day return policy in consideration of these blackout dates.
So, what can I do?
You can still explore the site, schedule a Lighting Stylist consultation with LaDonna, follow us on IG, follow us on TikTok, and get inspo from our blog and gallery. You can also reach us at hello@mitzi.com, but please be patient and understanding as our team will have limited capabilities.
How will I know when the site is back up?
We’ll send you another email notification as soon as we’re up and running again!
Why is this happening?
